Taskbar on the top has "menuAutoOpenOnBrowse" set to false.

Taskbar on the bottom has "menuAutoOpenOnBrowse"set to true.

Click on some button with element connected to it (like languageSelect or start menu) and then hover to other buttons to feel the difference between both settings.
